Represented Crete Professionals Alliance in its acquisition of Force 10 Partners, a nationally recognized financial advisory firm specializing in corporate restructuring, turnaround management, litigation support, and other complex special situations. The acquisition expands Crete's advisory capabilities in corporate restructuring while providing Force 10 with the resources and long-term capital to support its continued growth and service offerings (Crete changed its name to Current in June of 2026).
