Yasmine Kalhor

Yasmine Kalhor is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group.

While in law school, Yasmine was a judicial extern to the Hon. Cynthia Bashant of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and a junior consultant at the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in San Diego. Yasmine also served as the Chair of the Graduate Student Council and the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.

Experience

Represented Xponential Fitness, Inc. (NYS: XPOF), a franchisor of health and wellness brands, in its pending acquisition of Lindora, a leading metabolic health brand. The 31 existing Lindora clinics will transform into franchise locations. Xponential is set to acquire the complete intellectual property of Lindora and has intentions to franchise the brand on a global and national scale.
Stradling represented client, Herbivore Botanicals, LLC in in closing the first tranche of a Series B financing led by Aurea Herbivore Holdings, Inc. Herbivore is a skincare brand offering an assortment of non-toxic, therapeutic products crafted with an iconic minimalist aesthetic.
Represented the underwriters in the IPO of GEN Restaurant Group (NAS: GENK), owner of GEN Korean BBQ, a fast-growing experiential Asian dining concept with over 30 locations in seven states.
