Stradling represented client, Herbivore Botanicals, LLC in in closing the first tranche of a Series B financing led by Aurea Herbivore Holdings, Inc. Herbivore is a skincare brand offering an assortment of non-toxic, therapeutic products crafted with an iconic minimalist aesthetic.
Stradling client Zenarate, Inc. closed a Series A Preferred Stock financing in the amount of $15,000,000.  Volition Capital was the sole investor in the financing.
Stradling represented client, Restaurant365, an industry leading all-in-one restaurant enterprise management software provider, in its $135M funding round led by global investment firms KKR and L Catterton.
