Justin Owens - With a focus on complex disputes involving shareholders, business partners, and breaches of contract, Justin’s aggressive yet thoughtful approach to litigation helps his clients secure early victories and avoid protracted lawsuits. Justin has litigated disputes in all industries. He is particularly experienced in the consumer packaged goods and cannabis/CBD industries, and frequently represents secondary market resellers of IT hardware goods against claims of counterfeit and trademark infringement.

Steve Ram - Steve's practice concentrates on complex business and commercial litigation in federal and state courts, including mergers and acquisitions disputes, securities fraud, derivative suits, class action defense, and contract and business tort disputes, representing a broad range of clients from startups to public companies.

Art Silbergeld - Art represents employers in high-stakes employment litigation as well as labor relations matters. He has defended numerous employers in individual and class action lawsuits, including federal and state bench and jury trials. He also represents large and mid-sized corporations in these matters, and has first-chaired more than 100 employment litigations, arbitrations and NLRB trials.

Alice Ostdiek - For nearly 20 years, Alice has employed her knowledge of contracting, tax and securities laws to help state and local government entities and financial institutions finance and structure major utility, transportation and redevelopment projects that have transformed cities across Washington state.

John Wicker - John has extensive experience defending a broad range of employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of contract, unfair competition and wage and hour class action, PAGA and single-plaintiff cases. He also has experience both prosecuting and defending trade secrets matters, and has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, administrative proceedings, mediations and arbitration hearings.

Shoshana Zimmerman - Shoshanais a shareholder in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group. She represents companies on both the buy and sell sides of mergers and acquisitions in both strategic and financial transactions, including private equity investments and divestitures.

Jonathan Guz - Jonathan has experience servicing clients as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel in various finance transactions including general obligation bonds, tax allocation bonds and revenue bonds financings, conduit 501(c)(3) financings, tax and revenue anticipation notes and certificates of participation.

Brent Reinke - Brent's corporate practice emphasizes the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, advising emerging growth companies, corporate securities and finance, strategic alliances and licensing. He represents numerous technology and brick and mortar companies who are in various stages of development, ranging from start-up and venture-backed companies to corporations with multi-national operations. 

Tom Harding - Tom advises companies on  business transactions, primarily mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses and private offerings of securities for corporations and other business entities. He also counsels businesses and individuals with respect to ongoing business affairs, including contract issues, employment agreements, stock option and other employee benefit plans, and general corporate matters.
