Our team is well versed in dealing with ongoing administrative proceedings, regulatory issues, and the challenges facing water and wastewater issuers, including the Bay-Delta and Water Quality Control Plan activities, drought response planning, rate challenges, sustainable groundwater management legislation, PFAS regulation, NPDES permitting and consent decree requirements, and developing nutrients discharge concerns.

Over a five-year period, from 2020 to 2025, Stradling acted as bond counsel on approximately 164 water and wastewater enterprise financing issues totaling approximately $10.3 billion, and as disclosure counsel on more than 139 water and wastewater enterprise financings totaling over $14.1 billion principal amount. We have acted as underwriter’s counsel on approximately 81 water and wastewater enterprise financings totaling nearly $4.6 billion.
