Represented Salas O'Brien in its acquisition of Evolve Steel, an Idaho-based structural steel engineering, detailing, fabrication, and erection firm, via its financial sponsors Blackstone and Caltius Structured Capital, through an LBO.  The acquisition expands Salas O'Brien's integrated steel delivery capabilities and strengthens its ability to deliver highly coordinated, schedule-driven solutions for complex projects across the healthcare, mission critical, manufacturing, and government sectors.
