Sydney Redmond

Sydney Redmond is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group.

While attending law school, Sydney was a legal intern at Align Technology in San Jose, CA where she helped draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements. Additionally, she worked with legal, technical, and business teams and executives across the company on a broad range of complex commercial matters, including strategic commercial transactions, procurement and sourcing, and regulatory issues. Sydney was also a legal intern at Resources Global Professionals (RGP) in Irvine, CA where she worked on corporate governance and compliance matters.

 

Experience

Represented Xponential Fitness, Inc. (NYS: XPOF), a franchisor of health and wellness brands, in its pending acquisition of Lindora, a leading metabolic health brand. The 31 existing Lindora clinics will transform into franchise locations. Xponential is set to acquire the complete intellectual property of Lindora and has intentions to franchise the brand on a global and national scale.
Stradling client My Wireless National, LLC completed its acquisition of Spearhead Mobility, Inc., an AT&T authorized national retailer with over 80 AT&T retail locations. My Wireless is the second largest AT&T authorized retailer in the United States with 180 AT&T stores in 11 states across the U.S.
Stradling client San Clemente Times, LLC announced the sale of its publications, The San Clemente Times, Dana Point Times and The Capistrano Dispatch to Times Media Group, which owns and operates more than 35 publications throughout Arizona and Southern California.
