Wesley Horton is an associate in Stradling’s Litigation practice group. He represents corporations and accounting firms in connection with securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, merger disputes, and complex commercial litigation matters. Wesley advises clients in all aspects of litigation, including major motion practice, fact and expert discovery, trial, and appeals. Relatedly, Wesley has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations in response to both shareholder or regulator inquiries.  

Prior to Stradling, Wesley spent several years as an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP.

Wesley is actively involved in the Orange County community.  He regularly assists with pro bono work for the Public Law Center, and previously served as the chair of the Young Lawyers Division of Orange County’s chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.

Wesley received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School where he was the senior editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy.
