Warren Klinger is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group.
Prior to joining Stradling, Warren was a corporate associate at Allen Matkins LLP where he focused on advising public, private and emerging companies on securities, corporate governance and compliance issues -- often acting as outside general counsel to his clients. Warren also facilitated corporate and commercial transactions and agreements for technology, real estate, food and beverage, hospitality and healthcare companies.
