Ryan Harris

Ryan Harris represents public and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity funds and sponsors in diverse corporate transactions and general corporate matters including secured and unsecured lending transactions, fund financings, acquisition and project financings, corporate restructurings, and matters related to general corporate governance.

Prior to joining Stradling, Ryan was a corporate finance attorney at Proskauer Rose, LLP. While at Proskauer, Ryan worked on debt finance transactions on behalf of borrowers across from JPM, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citigroup (via Citibank), PNC, Goldman Sachs, and BNY Mellon.

 

Experience

Represented Fitlab, Inc. in securing a $65 million senior secured term loan facility in connection with its acquisition of Assault Fitness.
Stradling represented Quantum ePay, a fintech company offering global payment processing, point of sale, and digital marketing solutions in its acquisition of Tidal Commerce, a credit card processing and merchant services company. Stradling advised Quantum ePay on all legal aspects of the acquisition and financing.
Represented Avandra Imaging, Inc. in securing a $10 million senior secured multi-tranche term loan facility in connection with its acquisition of Sorna Corporation.
