Ryan represents public and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity funds and sponsors in diverse corporate transactions and general corporate matters including secured and unsecured lending transactions, fund financings, acquisition and project financings, corporate restructurings, and matters related to general corporate governance.
Prior to joining Stradling, Ryan was a corporate finance associate at Proskauer Rose, LLP.
