Micol Small is a Counsel in Stradling’s Litigation practice group.

Micol has extensive experience in complex business litigation, risk analysis, and corporate counseling. She has a track record of successfully leveraging her negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of all phases of complex federal and state litigation to achieve her clients’ objectives.

Prior to Stradling, Micol was a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Boies, Schiller Flexner LLP.  She represented clients in diverse commercial litigation matters, including consumer rights protections, intellectual property rights, employment issues.  Prior to working at Boies Schiller, Micol joined Kaplan, Inc., advising on the development and implementation of online legal education products.  Prior to Kaplan, Micol was a litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.  Before entering private practice, Micol served as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
