Isaac Rhodes is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate practice group.
Prior to Stradling, Isaac worked as a Legal Intern at American Healthcare REIT, where he drafted and revised corporate agreements, conducted research on SEC compliance matters, and assisted with corporate governance materials.
While in law school, Isaac served as Co-President of the International Law Society and was a recipient of UCI Law’s International Law scholarship. He also worked as a Research Assistant to Professor Gregg Macey on environmental law topics.
