Frank Nguyen is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group, where he advises emerging growth companies, investors, private equity companies and their portfolio companies, and established businesses on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters throughout the corporate life cycle. He regularly partners with founders, management and boards in the role of outside general counsel, advising on strategic matters and negotiations.

Frank’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of complex legal transactions involving significant experience with respect to optimizing corporate and equity structures, capitalization, finance and borrowing, growth, technology acquisitions, strategic partnerships and collaborations. He has led his clients through negotiating and consummating numerous strategic and M&A transactions with major partners. He regularly drafts and negotiates complex transaction documents, including securities purchase agreements, merger agreements, and asset purchase agreements, and has represented clients across a variety of industries such as healthcare, emerging technology, sports and entertainment, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Stradling, Frank was an associate in the Corporate and Securities practice at ArentFox Schiff LLP in Los Angeles. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Nancy E. Zeltzer of the Superior Court of Orange County.

In his free time, Frank enjoys exploring new restaurants, golfing and the general outdoors.
