Doo Soo Kim is an associate in Stradling’s Corporate and Securities practice group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. 

Prior to Stradling, Doo Soo served as a Student Honors Program Intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Enforcement Division) where he assisted attorneys in drafting complaints and motions against publicly traded biotech companies and its constituents for material misstatements, insider trading, and other securities violations. Doo Soo also worked as a law clerk at O&A, PC where he supported attorneys in closing M&A and financing deals; of note intimately assisted on asset purchase transactions involving FAANG companies as the counter purchasing party.

Doo Soo graduated with honors from the Corporate concentration at Loyola Law School.
