Brian Patton is a tax associate in Stradling’s Public Finance practice group. Brian serves as tax counsel in a broad range of public finance transactions for state and local governments and nonprofit organizations. His experience includes school district and college district general obligation bond financings, land-secured financings, certificates of participation financings, revenue bond financings, conduit issues for 501(c)(3) organizations, tax allocation bonds and tax and revenue anticipation notes.
