Andy Hyun is an associate in the firm’s Public Finance Group.

Andy advises public agencies, school districts, and private developers on a variety of transactions, including Community Facilities District (CFD) formations, bond financings, real property acquisitions, and governance matters.

Prior to joining Stradling, Andy was an associate at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo, where he assisted with the formation of Community Facilities Districts (CFDs) and related bond financings, prepared financial transparency reports for local governments, and advised on real estate transactions involving land acquisitions, title review, easements, covenants, and purchase and sale agreements. He also drafted board resolutions and governance documents related to property acquisitions and facilities projects.

Andy is fluent in Korean.
