Amanda Zachwieja an associate in Stradling’s Litigation practice group.
Amanda represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, including single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, class action, and PAGA litigation. She advises clients on employment law compliance, litigation prevention strategies, and workplace issues, and conducts internal investigations involving employee complaints and policy matters.
Prior to joining Stradling, Amanda practiced at Ogletree Deakins and Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, where she defended employers in employment litigation through all phases of the litigation process, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
