The Austin office bolsters our national Intellectual Property practice with a full-time office in Texas. The office will focus on patent litigation in the burgeoning Western District of Texas, but will also offer the firm’ s extensive experience with other intellectual property disputes, including trade secret, trademark, unfair competition and copyright, as well as complex business cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  Our Austin lawyers will work closely with lawyers from our other offices to provide expertise in other types of matters, including corporate and securities, finance, private equity, M&A, tax and venture capital.
