Stradling Welcomes Brent Reinke and Opens Westlake Village Office

Serial entrepreneur and corporate lawyer Brent Reinke has joined Stradling as a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Mr. Reinke will be based in the firm’s newly opened Westlake Village office. He comes to the firm from Musick Peeler where he was a partner.

Mr. Reinke’s practice focuses on advising emerging growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, strategic alliance and licensing transactions. He represents numerous technology as well as brick and mortar companies in various stages of development, ranging from early stage and venture backed companies to corporations with multi-national operations. Those companies are often in the biotech, life science, high-tech, consumer brand, sports and outdoors, telecommunication, software and manufacturing industries.

As the founder and chairman of The Bio Science Alliance, a non-profit organization, he  has played a leading role in the effort to facilitate the development and growth of a life science cluster for the San Fernando Valley and Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties region. Mr. Reinke is also co-founder and chairman of the Gold Coast Executive Forum, an organization which holds a series of annual business events for C-Level executives who work and/or live in the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County region.

The San Fernando Valley Business Journal named Mr. Reinke as one of the 200 most influential business leaders in the greater Valley region from 2016 to 2020. And the Pacific Coast Business Times for multiple years has  named Mr. Reinke as one of the "Who's Who in Professional Services" in the Tri-Counties.

He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1988 and his B.A. from Occidental College in 1984.
