Clearlake Capital Sells AmQuip Crane to Apollo Global

Stradling Client and Clearlake Capital Group LP backed AmQuip Crane Rental LLC finalized their sale to Apollo Global Management LLC.  Financial terms weren’t announced. Clearlake acquired AmQuip, which provides rental lifting services to North American energy, industrial and other markets, in October 2014. In connection with the acquisition, Apollo has simultaneously closed the acquisition of Maxim Crane Works LP and plans to combine Maxim Crane with AmQuip.  Read the Press Release.
