Represented WinCup, a manufacturer and distributor of a broad line of disposable packaging and specialty chemical products for club stores, convenience stores, and quick-service restaurants, in its acquisition of Converpack, a manufacturer of hot and cold paper cups, via its financial sponsor, Atar Capital.
