Verb Technology Company Completes $15 Million Registered Direct Offering

Represented Verb Technology Company (NAS:VERB) in its registered direct offering of 9,735,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $1.60 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $15.0 million. Verb will use the proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.  Gracin & Marlow, LLP represented the placement agent in the offering.
