Tandem Diabetes Acquires Sugarmate, Inc.
Represented Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. in its acquisition of Sugarmate, Inc. Tandem is a leading insulin delivery and diabetes technology company. Sugarmate, Inc. offers a mobile app designed to help people with diabetes who use insulin visualize diabetes therapy data in innovative ways. The deal was complicated by the termination and payout of 35 SAFEs in connection with the transaction.
