Deckers Successfully Defends Series of Wage & Hour Lawsuits

Represented Deckers Outdoor (NYS: DECK) in a series of overlapping PAGA and wage and hour class matters covering thousand of distribution center employees. After finalizing an early settlement of one of the cases for significantly less than the client’s exposure, we leveraged that settlement to dismiss over seven other cases with similar claims.
