Stage 1 Fund Invests in Ellis Brooklyn

Represented Stage 1 Fund in its $1 million investment in Ellis Brooklyn, a producer of sophisticated and accessible small-batch fragrances.  Toni Ko also participated in the round. The funding raised will be used to deepen Ellis' international distribution and hire an employee who can dovetail not just the company's e-comm, but also the e-commerce of its retailers.
