Wells Fargo Bank Participates in Young Broadcasting Group's Chapter 11 Reorganization

Represented Wells Fargo Bank as the agent for a large syndicate of U.S. and European lenders, and represented the majority bank lender group, in the Chapter 11 reorganization of Young Broadcasting in the Southern District of New York.
