Putnam v. South Coast Emergency Vehicle Serv.

Obtained complete reversal on appeal of trial court's denial of an anti-SLAPP motion brought by our client against a former employee who had filed suit for defamation and wrongful termination. As a result of the reversal, the lawsuit was dismissed and our client was awarded its attorney’s fees. See Putnam v. South Coast Emergency Vehicle Serv., 2012 Cal. App. Unpub. Lexis 1444 (2012).
