Oaktree-Backed Hanley Wood Secures Credit Agreement With Webster Bank

Represented Hanley Wood, a portfolio company of Oaktree Capital Management, in connection with its entry into a credit agreement with Webster Bank, National Association in order to borrow funds to pay a dividend and for future acquisitions.

Hanley Wood provides information, media, event and strategic marketing services primarily to the residential and commercial design and construction industries. Hanley Wood did not seek a third-party solvency opinion in connection the dividend recapitalization.
