Mobile Telecommunications Technologies Pursues Patent Enforcement Campaign

Assisted Mobile Telecommunications Technologies, LLC with an IP enforcement campaign for a telecommunications pilot-patent portfolio that resulted in a trial win over Apple and a number of favorable settlements with all major telecommunications companies.  The program resulted in favorable licensing agreements with a total value of approximately $75,000,000.  The program included defending portfolio validity in multiple Inter Partes Reexamination proceedings for each portfolio patent.
