Medennium Completes Merger with The Medicines Company

Represented Medennium, Inc., an emerging leader in ophthalmic materials and devices, in its merger with The Medicines Co. (NAS: MDCO), a subsidiary of Novartis.  MDCO is a holding company for Shibo Medical Devices Co., Ltd., one of the largest ophthalmology device companies in China.
