Stradling Acts as Trustee in Successful Chapter 11 Cases of G-Star, Inc., Hologenix, LLC, Upgrade Labs, Inc., and GI Toys, Inc.

In February 2020, Greg Jones was selected to act as one of the trustees under subchapter V of chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.  Subchapter V was designed to streamline the reorganization process for small businesses, and part of the law mandates that a trustee be appointed to facilitate confirmation of a consensual plan of reorganization. Since being appointed, Jones has acted as trustee in the successful chapter 11 cases of G-Star, Inc., a Delaware corporation and designer clothing company; Hologenix, LLC, a Delaware corporation and the maker of Celliant technology; Upgrade Labs, Inc., a Santa Monica based bio-hacking company, and GI Toys, Inc., a California corporation and leading retailer of airsoft guns.
