Act One Ventures Invests in $17 Million Series B Financing of Finix

Represented Act One Ventures in its investment in the $17.5 million Series A-1 venture of Finix, a developer of a B2B payment processing platform.  The deal was led by Bain Capital Ventures.  Visa Ventures, Insight Partners, Aspect Ventures, Homebrew, Precursor Ventures, Class 5 Global, and Cross River Bank also participated in the round.
