LeeAnn represents municipal issuers, underwriters, banks and nonprofit organizations as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, lender’s counsel, borrower’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel in the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable financings. She has represented school districts, charter schools, private schools, municipal utilities, 501(c)(3) organizations, cities, healthcare districts, hospital systems and other special district in various capacities on debt financing transactions.
LeAnn is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
